We love a nutritious and filling smoothie! And this one is one of our favourites. 

Have you heard how good antioxidants are for your body? They protect your cells against free radicals, which play a role in many diseases. Blueberries are the KING of antioxidant foods - and it just tastes so sweet and amazing. 

Almond butter makes this smoothie so creamy! This nut butter is a protein powerhouse and has more vitamins, minerals, and fibre than the more popular peanut butter. 

The combination of the ingredients in this Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie makes it so nutritious, healthy and filling - like a delicious meal in a Luxey Cup

Ready for the recipe? 

Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie

1-2 frozen bananas

1/2 cup wild blueberries

1 tbsp almond butter

1/4 ripe avocado

1/4 tsp vanilla  

1 cup milk 

Blend it all together and get ready to love it!
