    Cups Broken in Transit Promise.
    If your parcel arrives and the glass has been broken in transit, don't worry we cover this. As part of our sustainability mission we ask you to preserve the silicone if not damaged as silicone has a long lifespan when treated well. Contact our Customer Service team with photos of damaged parcel within 24 hours of receiving. 

    7-Day Broken Glass Coverage.
    From the date of delivery we will cover any glass breakages up to 7 days. This is a good-will gesture as we all know, sh*t and stuff does happens. 

    30-Day Broken Glass Replacement.
    From the date of delivery we will cover any glass breakages up to 30 days with the customer to cover a $15 shipping charge. This is also a good-will gesture as we all know, sh*t and stuff does happens. 

    No Leak Promise.
    Our patented Revere-Force™ Lid Seal is so good you'll want to tell all your friends. However, if at all liquid leaks or seeps from between the glass and the lid we will replace either the glass or lid depending on our assessment. 

    This does not include leaking from out the mouthpiece or breathe-hole. These holes are permanent openings. 

     Easy Returns.
    If your Luxey Cup isn't what you expected, simply contact our customer service team within 7 days. We'll provide a hassle-free return process.

    Cups need be in new condition, with no damage or use. 

    Prompt Refunds.
    Once we receive your returned cup, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be credited back via the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility if you simply don't like the cup for any reason. If the cup arrives damaged we cover return shipping costs.

    If you choose the wrong colour or size, we're here for you! Let us know, and we'll help you with the exchange process. The same 30-day rule applies.

    Conditions and Exclusions.
    Our guarantee does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or any other loss of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all returns, refunds, or warranty services.
