Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return arrives back to us and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s been received back in original condition. 

Once received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to appear in your account your bank or card provider may take additional time to release the funds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank (refunds may take a little time to post)

Sale items

Sale items are final sale and can’t be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return postage will be deducted.

If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
