Shipping Information – Luxey Cup

We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to get your Luxey goodies into your hands! Below is everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your order, whether you’re in Australia or across the globe.


Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.  

Normal Dispatch Times: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.  Peak Sales & Launch Periods:  During busy times (like new collection launches or sale events), dispatch times may increase to 5–7 business days due to high order volume. We always pack as fast as we can.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.


How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery location. 


Australian Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and Aramex, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping times vary depending on where you live and the shipping option you choose. For standard delivery:

Queensland - 2–5 business days
New South Wales / ACT - 3–7 business days
Victoria 3–7 - business days
South Australia 5–10 - business days
Tasmania 5–10 - business days
Western Australia - 10–15 - business days
Northern Territory - 10–15 - business days


Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days

Free Shipping: Orders over $175.00 may qualify for free standard shipping, check the banner or promo on our site for current offers.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer tracked international shipping via Australia Post International.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days  
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days  
- UK & Europe: 7–18 business days  
- Asia-Pacific: 7–15 business days  
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days  

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing or carrier delays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties, or import taxes once the parcel arrives in your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about your country’s policies.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking link.  

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please:  
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout  
- Still can’t find it? Email us at care@luxeycup.com, and we’ll help you out.


Authority to Leave & Signature Requirements

In most cases, carriers will offer Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is home. This means your parcel may be left in a safe location at your address.  

If you’d prefer your parcel not be left unattended, we recommend requesting signature on delivery at checkout (if available), or selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it.

Please note: Luxey is not responsible for parcels that go missing after being delivered under ATL instructions.


Delivery Address Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order—we cannot guarantee changes once it’s been processed.  

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, and the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
