What's better than having a healthy caramel milkshake? Sharing a healthy caramel milkshake! This recipe serves two people. 



2 large (ripe) frozen Bananas
2 Fresh Dates or 4-6 Dried Dates (soaked)
1 tablespoon of Maca Powder
2 tablespoons of Almond Butter
A drizzle of real Maple Syrup
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
Your choice Nut or Organic Cow Milk

Blend everything in a high-speed blender!
