Once an order is placed, we can’t cancel or refund for change of mind. However, if it hasn’t been processed, we’re happy to swap a colour! Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number ASAP. If your order is packed, changes won’t be possible.

Returns & Refunds
You can return your order, provided the cup is unused, unwashed, and in it's original packaging with no damage. To initiate a return:
Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number before sending it back.
Include your name and order number inside the package.
Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund.
