Smoothies are full of nutrients and flavour and provide a power-packed start for the day if had for breakfast. Smoothies that are high in protein along with many nutrients can subdue food cravings and keep you away from eating junk food too!!
Banana, blueberry and peanut butter protein smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blue berries
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp of desired peanut butter ( we use mayver’s protein crunchy peanut butter)
- 2 tsp of crushed peanuts
- 250ml of almond milk ( or your favourite milk choice)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
