Combining apples and pears makes this smoothie especially rich in folate, vitamin C, copper, potassium and antioxidants.
You already know that we love adding superfood to our smoothies for extra nutrition - and hemp seeds are one of our favourites! These seeds are a complete protein source, which makes them the perfect ingredient for balanced protein intake in a plant-based diet.
1 cup green apple
1 cup pear
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 of an avocado
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp greens powder
