This is a great recipe to start your smoothie journey. There are so many overcomplicated smoothie recipes out there that use ingredients that we often don't have in our kitchen cabinet - but this is not one of them!

This is a great recipe for smoothie beginners as banana and strawberry tend to be some of people's favourites fruits and the peanut butter adds the sweetness and creaminess that we all love.
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of your favourite milk
Blend it all together and enjoy!
