It's not everyday that we feel like having milk or any dairy at all - that's why we love this recipe! And it doesn't mean that this smoothie is not as creamy as other recipes that contain dairy (and bananas)... Let's just say that the combination of avocado and coconut water is the perfect substitute for it.

1 Kiwi fruit
1 cup of pineapple
1tbsp greens powder
1 cup of coconut water
