Once an order is placed, we can’t cancel or refund for change of mind. However, if it hasn’t been processed, we’re happy to swap a colour! Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number ASAP. If your order is packed, changes won’t be possible.
Glass Breakages & Happiness Guarantee
We do not offer free glass replacements for accidental breakages, but we do stand by our Happiness Guarantee. If there’s an issue with your Luxey Cup, please reach out—we want you to love your cup!
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order, provided the cup is unused, unwashed, and in it's original packaging with no damage. To initiate a return:
- Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number before sending it back.
- Include your name and order number inside the package.
- Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund.
