If you are buying a straw for your Original Glass Cup you need an Original Straw Lid.

If you are buying a straw for either your Stainless Steel, Middy or Smoothie Cup you will need a Large Straw Lid.

All Luxey Straws are sold with one cleaner. If brought in packs you will still only receive one cleaner per pack.

Original Glass & Stainless Cups require Small Straws that are 200 mm in lenght.

Middy Cups require Medium Straws that are 235 mm length.

Smoothie Cups require Large Straws that are 280 mm length.

Dispatch Time

Standard Delivery
Free for orders $149+. Arrives 2-7 business days after dispatch (Australia-wide).

Express Delivery
Speeds up transit time with Australia Post. Arrives 1-3 business days after leaving our warehouse.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Transit times depend on the destination and season. Watch for email updates to clear any customs duties.

Once an order is placed, we can’t cancel or refund for change of mind. However, if it hasn’t been processed, we’re happy to swap a colour! Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number ASAP. If your order is packed, changes won’t be possible.

Glass Breakages & Happiness Guarantee

We do not offer free glass replacements for accidental breakages, but we do stand by our Happiness Guarantee. If there’s an issue with your Luxey Cup, please reach out—we want you to love your cup!

Returns & Refunds

You can return your order, provided the cup is unused, unwashed, and in it's original packaging with no damage. To initiate a return:

1. Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number before sending it back.
2. Include your name and order number inside the package.
3. Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund.
