Once an order is placed, we can’t cancel or refund for change of mind. However, if it hasn’t been processed, we’re happy to swap a colour! Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number ASAP. If your order is packed, changes won’t be possible.

We do not offer free glass replacements for accidental breakages, but we do stand by our Happiness Guarantee. If there’s an issue with your Luxey Cup, please reach out—we want you to love your cup!
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order, provided the cup is unused, unwashed, and in it's original packaging with no damage. To initiate a return:
Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number before sending it back.
Include your name and order number inside the package.
Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund.
Love these pouches / bags I can take my water bottles / coffee cups with me easily along with my phone, card, chapstick etc without leaving anything behind and there not bulky.

This is a great way for me to store the stopper so I don't lost it as well as easily carry my Luxey cup by hanging it on my arm if my hands are full, which they usually are with 2 active boys! I can also throw my sunnies, car keys and phone or other belongings in there as it has a couple of pockets and it's a great size which means I don't have to carry a handbag! Love it and the colour matches my Luxey cup.

Luxey is such a winner anyway, but having my dribble bag makes me feel so much more comfortable having my Luxey cup in my bag at the ready, spill stopper, straw, and cold lid at the ready, and those dribbles don’t end up in my handbag!
