A healthy and delicious chocolate cake recipe that will take you less than one minute to make!
This is not only the easiest cake recipe we've ever posted but also one of our favourites. It is the perfect recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth and chocolate cravings without compromising your health and you likely have all the ingredients in your pantry already.
If you tried a few mug cake recipes before you might be doubting the deliciousness of this recipe as most of mug cakes are spongy and dry. But we promise you this will be yummy and moist!

2 tbsp gluten-free or all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
3 tbsp non-dairy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all the dry ingredients together inside a cup.
Pour the oil, milk, and vanilla into the cup and stir well with a spoon.
Cook in the microwave for 40 seconds and enjoy!
