2 tbsp organic ground ginger
3 tbsp fresh ginger root, chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 green apple
1 orange + 1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp raw honey
1 cup filled water
Blend & strain. Consume daily. Makes 5-7 day supply.
