Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or refund due to a change of mind. However, if you’d like to swap a colour, we’re happy to help—as long as your order hasn’t been processed. Please email care@luxeycup.com with your order number and preferred colour as soon as possible. If your order has already been packed, we won’t be able to make changes.
We do not offer free glass replacements for accidental breakages, but we do stand by our Happiness Guarantee. If there’s an issue with your Luxey Cup, please reach out—we want you to love your cup!

I like the way the engraving has developed, adding the emojis and being able to do more than 4 letters. I have had 3 cups engraved over time (plus 1 for a gift) and they are clear and a bit of fun.

My absolute favourite cup of all time! Excellent quality, stylish and so easy to clean
The bottle is a lovely colour and smooth to touch. The lid seems faulty, as the floppy part opens at an angle, the hole does not appear to open fully and lots of suction is required to get fluid out of the bottle. I think the lid needs refining. I want to love this bottle like all my luxey stuff but I'll have to go back to my old water bottle. Please take this review as encouragement to keep refining your product. You're almost there.

The Luxey Stainless Steel has been my absolute favourite reusable cup for a good couple of years now. I was devastated to lose mine when travelling, and the only silver lining was now having an excuse to get one in Doll Face - my new favourite colour!
