Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or refund due to a change of mind. However, if you’d like to swap a colour, we’re happy to help—as long as your order hasn’t been processed. Please email care@luxeycup.com with your order number and preferred colour as soon as possible. If your order has already been packed, we won’t be able to make changes.
Glass Breakages & Happiness Guarantee
We do not offer free glass replacements for accidental breakages, but we do stand by our Happiness Guarantee. If there’s an issue with your Luxey Cup, please reach out—we want you to love your cup!
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order, provided the cup is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with no damage. To initiate a return:
- Email care@luxeycup.com with your order number before sending it back.
- Include your name and order number inside the package.
- Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund.
