Luxey Sip Lids are open for easy sipping, but the patented seal between the lid and glass is 100% leak-proof.

Glass cup and silicone parts are dishwasher safe. To keep your silicone looking its best, avoid extended sun exposure and excessively hot washes. Some natural fading over time is expected.

Cup is crafted from Borosilicate Glass for a toxin-free, clean coffee taste. The lid and base are made from premium silicone.

All Luxey cups are 7 cm wide, just like the standard car cup holder. Designed to fit seamlessly, we’ve never met a car that couldn't handle a Luxey.

Orders are generally dispatched the same day, excluding Sundays. During busy periods, sales and major promotions, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local delivery services and peak shopping periods.

While we do our best to get your Luxey to you quickly, occasional delays may occur outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

We ship internationally using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping arrangement where available, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are generally handled as part of the shipping process.

However, customs regulations, tariffs and import requirements vary between countries and can change without notice.

In some circumstances, additional duties, taxes, customs charges or processing fees may be imposed by your destination country. Where these charges are not covered by our shipping arrangement, they may be the customer's responsibility.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you're unsure about potential charges.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your Luxey's journey.

Our standard shipping service does not include signature-on-delivery. Depending on the local carrier, parcels may be delivered to your address or left in a safe location in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order, as we're unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted.

If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we're unable to make changes, swap colours, change sizes or cancel orders.

Please double-check your order before checking out, as our fulfilment process moves quickly!

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect colour or size selection, or unwanted purchases.

Please choose your Luxey goodies carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We want your Luxey to arrive in perfect condition!

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email care@luxeycup.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make things right.

Where a replacement is appropriate, we'll arrange one at no additional cost.

For most damaged or faulty product claims, we won't require you to return the original item. If a return is necessary, we'll arrange this in accordance with your consumer rights.

Accidental Glass Breakages

While our glass cups are made for everyday use, accidents can happen!

We don't offer complimentary replacements for accidental breakages or damage caused after delivery, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws, including your rights to a refund, repair or replacement where legally required.
