Today was pretty momentous here in the studio. Andy spent the entire day going through all our final designs with a fine tooth comb (so much brain power!) making sure they're exactly how we need them to be to start the production of our moulding. 

In the factory, there'll be separate moulds made for the 2 glass pieces and 4 silicone pieces. This process takes a little bit of time as we need to make sure these moulds work exactly to our design before we go ahead and make 1000's of cups. 

Super important part ensuring lids are snug etc.

The factory will start working on the moulds shortly with Andy heading over early January to do final checks - he'll stay for the production process as well.

He's really excited to see this cup he's been working on for so long finally come to life, he's pretty excited to see how the production all works and perhaps eat his share of Chinese food! Apparently, he's very OVER of looking at it on the computer screen! 

We haven't booked flights for him yet. We'll do that closer to the date. We wanted to see how the flight prices looked after Christmas.
