We never get tired of yummy and healthy green smoothie recipes! Do you?
You already know that we are big green smoothie fans. And this one includes all the yummy and good stuff that we love so much - like greens powder, hemp seeds and lots of natural greens.
If you are not used to adding veggies to your smoothies, cucumber and spinach are great ones to start including in your recipes. Cucumbers are very refreshing as they are high in water but can also provide several important vitamins and minerals. Like spinach, this veggie has a high concentration of Vitamin C and Vitamin K, two important vitamins to boost your health and immune system.
2 frozen bananas
1 peeled cucumber
handful of spinach
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp greens powder
Blend it all together and enjoy!
