Winter is on it's way but it's still smoothie season here on the Sunshine Coast! Smoothies are a fast way to load up on as many vitamins and minerals as possible and are a great immune system booster!
We thought we would share one of our favourite smoothie recipes from our Luxey x Morlife ebook.
INGREDIENTS
1 Small Ripe Pear
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Tbsp Morlife Beauty Protein Collagen
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Cardamom
1 cup Almond milk
